[Milkymist-devel] Replace L19 with 0 ohm on run3 boards

Hi Adam,

to solve the intermittent loss of video input problem, replace L19
(connection between digital and analog ground of the ADV7181) with a 0
ohm resistor on the run 3 boards.

This problem appears only with some leaking M1 and/or camera power
supplies, when there is a leakage current causing a voltage spike across
L19 large enough to disrupt the video chip's operation.
