yes, i did follow manually xusbdfwu.rules copied from
/ISE_install_dir/bin/lin/xusbdfwu.hex
 and all xusb*.hex files from /ISE_install_dir/bin/lin/xusb*.hex
These instructions in readme.txt from

Before copied your all files, my all files have been existed there except
"85-xusbdfwu.rules". BTW, after overwrote all files, now my two JTAG cables
<before ID 03fd:0007,  03fd:0013> is all became <ID 03fd:0008>, and LED
light up when plug it.

While initialing iMPACT, it indeed still complains about missing windrv6...
