[Milkymist-devel] USB JTAG cable for Milkymist

Hi all,
Based on the discussed of IRC, I design a JTAG cable for Milkymist, this
is first time I use KiCad, I don't know if there any problems or not.
Please review the design.

The board support one 3.3V UART and one JTAG from 1.65V to 5.5V, so
Milkymist's 2.5V is ok.

I don't know if everybody installed KiCad, so I send PS format now, if
anybody need KiCad, I'll send it later.

BTW, after several hours struggle, I think I can use KiCad to design
schematic now. I'll start PCB layout when schematic is ok.
