[Milkymist-devel] Infrared controls working on M1

Hi,

I got infrared to work after replacing the TSOP4838s on the PCBs. Those 
installed by Adam do not work (output is always inactive regardless an 
infrared signal is present or not) at least on PCBA #2 and #5. I did not test 
the others since I shipped them to Michael and DJ Tachyon. Adam: where did you 
get the infrared sensors from?

Infrared controls are now mapped to the pushbuttons that control OSD in the 
demo firmware, which means you can change patches with most TV/VCR/DVD 
player/etc. RC5-compatible remote controls available for free at your local 
landfill (the Philips ones are almost guaranteed to work as Philips wrote the 
RC5 specification. It seems other manufacturers sometimes deviate from the 
spec). It's just the perfect thing for booths where you don't want everybody 
to touch and mess around with the demoboard :)
