Hello,


I have followed the development for quite some time... even before the
talks at HAR2009 and 26c3. Great to see 0.3 being released! As the
demonstration shows at the end, developers are needed. I will provide
help where possible to great an open source SoC... and be sure it
stays compatible and 'open' (free) to realize the goals of
qi-hardware.

To assist new developers I will post instructions on the wiki for
creating a development environment based on CentOS (and Fedora) and
provide the additional libraries (packaged) to make the toolchain
work.

I would also like to start an effort to make MilkyMist work on Altera.

Has someone also undertaken any effort to use the Spartan-3E starter kit?
I have seen the Avnet Spartan3A port, but it is not officially
maintained anymore (as fork)... motivation for this drop?
