It is 100% faster clock than Virtex-4[1] based Pentium.
( Though it should not be compared. )

Virtex-5 LX 330 based Atom core runs at 50MHz.
Vritex-4[1] LX 200 based Pentium processor runs at 25MHz.

The paper is very interesting. :)
