Hi,

Those vertical patterns are typical of failing DQS timings. Adjust "DQS Phase" 
(don't touch other parameters) and press 't' until they are gone; and memory 
should work.

I'll be happy to hear about your results, the board revision and FPGA stepping 
level you're using and the DQS phase that works for you.
