I think there is no new version available for GPL Cver,
I have the same version as you have (i took it from the path in the Milkymist area)

But when I tried to install again I am getting errors like

My CPU is Intel 64-bit architecture, I am not sure which value I should give in -march option ?

At your end what is the CPU architeture ?

Sorry for the frequent mails, I always face problems in the evironment !!

I have never had those errors. Try a different version of GPL Cver or see if 
there is a command line option to allow the use of undefined numbers like 
32'dx.
