After placed V9MLA0402LN in front of C204 (green RCA connector),  the video
captured same as

I didn't inject a real 9V or 12V to test. The part is designed to suppress a
variety of transient events, including those specified in IEC 61000-4-2 or
other standards used for EMC, so its goal is typically applied to protect
